ٱلْحِجْر : ٢٢

  • وَأَرۡسَلۡنَا And We have sent
  • ٱلرِّيَٰحَ the winds
  • لَوَٰقِحَ fertilizing
  • فَأَنزَلۡنَا and We sent down
  • مِنَ from
  • ٱلسَّمَآءِ the sky
  • مَآءٗ water
  • فَأَسۡقَيۡنَٰكُمُوهُ and We gave it to you to drink
  • وَمَآ And not
  • أَنتُمۡ you
  • لَهُۥ of it
  • بِخَٰزِنِينَ (are) retainers
And We have sent the fertilizing winds1 and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers.

1 - Causing precipitation in rainclouds or carrying pollen. Another meaning is "pregnant winds," i.e., those carrying rainclouds.
And We send the winds as fertilisers, to fertilise the clouds, whereupon they fill up with water, and send down out of the sky, [out of] the clouds, water, rain, so that We give it to you to drink, for you are not the storers thereof, that is, the stores thereof are not in your control.
