An-Naml: 44

ٱدۡخُلِي

ٱلصَّرۡحَۖ
the palace
فَلَمَّا
Then when
رَأَتۡهُ
she saw it
حَسِبَتۡهُ
she thought it
لُجَّةٗ
(was) a pool
وَكَشَفَتۡ
and she uncovered
عَن
[on]
سَاقَيۡهَاۚ
her shins
قَالَ
He said
إِنَّهُۥ
Indeed it
صَرۡحٞ
(is) a palace
مُّمَرَّدٞ
made smooth
مِّن
of
قَوَارِيرَۗ
glass
قَالَتۡ
She said
رَبِّ
My Lord
إِنِّي
indeed I
ظَلَمۡتُ
[I] have wronged
نَفۡسِي
myself
وَأَسۡلَمۡتُ
and I submit
مَعَ
with
سُلَيۡمَٰنَ
Sulaiman
لِلَّهِ
to Allah
رَبِّ
(the) Lord
ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
(of) the worlds

Translation

She was asked to enter the lofty Palace: but when she saw it, she thought it was a lake of water, and she (tucked up her skirts), uncovering her legs. He said: "This is but a palace paved smooth with slabs of glass." She said: "O my Lord! I have indeed wronged my soul: I do (now) submit (in Islam), with Solomon, to the Lord of the Worlds."
