  • إِلَىٰ to
  • مُوسَىٰ Musa
  • وَأَخِيهِ and his brother
  • أَن that
  • تَبَوَّءَا Settle
  • لِقَوۡمِكُمَا your people
  • بِمِصۡرَ in Egypt
  • بُيُوتٗا (in) houses
  • وَٱجۡعَلُواْ and make
  • بُيُوتَكُمۡ your houses
  • قِبۡلَةٗ (as) places of worship
  • وَأَقِيمُواْ and establish
  • ٱلصَّلَوٰةَۗ the prayer
  • وَبَشِّرِ And give glad tidings
  • ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ (to) the believers
And We inspired to Moses and his brother, "Settle your people in Egypt in houses and make your houses [facing the] qiblah1 and establish prayer and give good tidings to the believers."
Footnotes
1 - In order that they might pray therein unseen by their enemy.
And We inspired Moses and his brother [saying]: 'Appoint houses for your people in Egypt and make your houses oratories, places in which to perform prayers, so that you might be secure from fear - for Pharaoh had prohibited them from performing prayers - and establish, fulfil, worship; and give good tidings to the believers', of victory and the Paradise.
