(the) hour
ٱلۡعُسۡرَةِ
(of) difficulty
مِنۢ
after
بَعۡدِ
after
مَا
[what]
كَادَ
had nearly
يَزِيغُ
deviated
قُلُوبُ
(the) hearts
فَرِيقٖ
(of) a party
مِّنۡهُمۡ
of them
ثُمَّ
then
تَابَ
He turned (in mercy)
عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ
to them
إِنَّهُۥ
Indeed, He
بِهِمۡ
to them
رَءُوفٞ
(is) Most Kind
رَّحِيمٞ
Most Merciful

Translation

Allah turned with favour to the Prophet, the Muhajirs, and the Ansar,- who followed him in a time of distress, after that the hearts of a part of them had nearly swerved (from duty); but He turned to them (also): for He is unto them Most Kind, Most Merciful.
