Ayah

Word by Word
وَأَنَّا
And that
لَمَّا
when
سَمِعۡنَا
we heard
ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ
the Guidance
ءَامَنَّا
we believed
بِهِۦۖ
in it
فَمَن
And whoever
يُؤۡمِنۢ
believes
بِرَبِّهِۦ
in his Lord
فَلَا
then not
يَخَافُ
he will fear
بَخۡسٗا
any loss
وَلَا
and not
رَهَقٗا
any burden
وَأَنَّا
And that
لَمَّا
when
سَمِعۡنَا
we heard
ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ
the Guidance
ءَامَنَّا
we believed
بِهِۦۖ
in it
فَمَن
And whoever
يُؤۡمِنۢ
believes
بِرَبِّهِۦ
in his Lord
فَلَا
then not
يَخَافُ
he will fear
بَخۡسٗا
any loss
وَلَا
and not
رَهَقٗا
any burden

Translation

And when we heard the guidance [i.e., the Qur’ān], we believed in it. And whoever believes in his Lord will not fear deprivation or burden.1

1 - In regard to his account in the Hereafter. Nothing of his good will be diminished, nor will the evil of another be placed upon him.

Tafsir

And that when we heard the guidance, Al-Qur'an, we believed in it. For whoever believes in his Lord (read an implied huwa, 'he', [before fa-laa yakhaafu]) shall fear neither loss, a diminishing of his good deeds, nor oppression, [nor] injustice, by having his evil deeds increased.
