نُوح : ١

  • إِنَّآ Indeed, We
  • أَرۡسَلۡنَا [We] sent
  • نُوحًا Nuh
  • إِلَىٰ to
  • قَوۡمِهِۦٓ his people
  • أَنۡ that
  • أَنذِرۡ Warn
  • قَوۡمَكَ your people
  • مِن from
  • قَبۡلِ before
  • أَن [that]
  • يَأۡتِيَهُمۡ comes to them
  • عَذَابٌ a punishment
  • أَلِيمٞ painful
Indeed, We sent Noah to his people, [saying], "Warn your people before there comes to them a painful punishment."
Nuuh (prophet Noah may peace be upon him) Meccan, consisting of 28 or 29 verses. Verily We sent Noah to his people [saying]: 'Warn your people before there come on them - should they not believe - a painful chastisement', in this world and in the Hereafter.
