فَأَمَّا
Then as for
مَنۡ
(him) who
أُوتِيَ
is given
كِتَٰبَهُۥ
his record
بِيَمِينِهِۦ
in his right hand
فَيَقُولُ
will say
هَآؤُمُ
Here
ٱقۡرَءُواْ
read
كِتَٰبِيَهۡ
my record!
فَأَمَّا
Then as for
مَنۡ
(him) who
أُوتِيَ
is given
كِتَٰبَهُۥ
his record
بِيَمِينِهِۦ
in his right hand
فَيَقُولُ
will say
هَآؤُمُ
Here
ٱقۡرَءُواْ
read
كِتَٰبِيَهۡ
my record!

Translation

Then he that will be given his Record in his right hand will say: "Ah here! Read ye my Record!

Tafsir

As for him who is given his book in his right hand, he will say, addressing those around him, on account of the joy that has come to him: 'Here, take [and], read my book! (kitaabiyah: both haa'oomu, 'here [is]', and iqra'oo, 'read', compete for [government of] this [direct object]).
