Then
رُدُّوٓاْ

إِلَى

ٱللَّهِ
Allah
مَوۡلَىٰهُمُ
their Protector
ٱلۡحَقِّۚ

أَلَا
Unquestionably
لَهُ
for Him
ٱلۡحُكۡمُ
(is) the judgment
وَهُوَ
And He
أَسۡرَعُ
(is) swiftest
ٱلۡحَٰسِبِينَ
(in taking) account
ثُمَّ
Then
رُدُّوٓاْ
they are returned
إِلَى
to
ٱللَّهِ
Allah
مَوۡلَىٰهُمُ
their Protector
ٱلۡحَقِّۚ
[the] True
أَلَا
Unquestionably
لَهُ
for Him
ٱلۡحُكۡمُ
(is) the judgment
وَهُوَ
And He
أَسۡرَعُ
(is) swiftest
ٱلۡحَٰسِبِينَ
(in taking) account

Translation

Then are men returned unto Allah, their protector, the (only) reality: Is not His the command? and He is the swiftest in taking account.

Tafsir

Then they, creatures, are restored to God their Protector, their Possessor, the True, the Eternal, the Just, so that He might requite them. Surely His is the judgement, the decree that will be carried out in their case. He is the swiftest of reckoners, reckoning with the whole of creation in half a day of the days of this world, on the basis of a hadeeth to this effect.
