بِلِقَآءِ
in (the) meeting
رَبِّهِمۡ
(with) their Lord
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
believe

Moreover

Translation

Moreover, We gave Moses the Book, completing (Our favour) to those who would do right, and explaining all things in detail,- and a guide and a mercy, that they might believe in the meeting with their Lord.

Tafsir

Then (thumma is for [describing events in a] sequence) We gave Moses the Scripture, the Torah, complete, in grace, for him who does good, by observing it, and a detailing, an explanation, of all things, needed for religion, and as a guidance and a mercy, that perhaps they, that is, the Israelites, might believe in the encounter with their Lord, through the Resurrection.
