Translation

"Indeed ye shall drink like diseased camels raging with thirst!"

Tafsir

drinking like the drinking (read sharba or shurba: verbal noun) of thirsty camels' (heem is the plural of masculine haymaan and feminine haymaa, similar [in pattern] to 'atshaan, 'atshaa, 'thirsty').
