Translation

They will recline (with ease) on Thrones (of dignity) arranged in ranks; and We shall join them to Companions, with beautiful big and lustrous eyes.

Tafsir

[They will be] reclining (muttaki'eena is a circumstantial qualifier referring to the concealed subject of God's words fee jannaatin, 'amid the Paradises') on ranged couches, [arranged] one next to the other, and We will wed them (zawwajnaahum is a supplement to jannaatin, 'the Paradises', meaning 'We will couple them') to beautiful houris, of wide and beautiful eyes.
