Translation

Qaf: By the Glorious Qur'an (Thou art Allah's Messenger).

Tafsir

Qaaf Meccan, except for verse 38, which is Medinese; it consists of 45 verses. Qaaf: God knows best what He means by this [letter]. By the glorious Qur'aan, [by] the noble [Qur'aan], the disbelievers of Mecca have [certainly] not believed in Muhammad may peace and salutation be upon him.
