ٱلْمَائِدَة : ٨٥

  • فَأَثَٰبَهُمُ So rewarded them
  • ٱللَّهُ Allah
  • بِمَا for what
  • قَالُواْ they said
  • جَنَّـٰتٖ (with) Gardens
  • تَجۡرِي flows
  • مِن from
  • تَحۡتِهَا underneath them
  • ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ the rivers
  • خَٰلِدِينَ will abide forever
  • فِيهَاۚ in it
  • وَذَٰلِكَ And that
  • جَزَآءُ (is the) reward
  • ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ (of) the good-doers
So Allāh rewarded them for what they said1 with gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. And that is the reward of doers of good.

God, exalted be He, says: So God has rewarded them for what they have said with Gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide; that is the requital of those who are virtuous, by believing.
