ٱلْأَحْقَاف : ٧

  • وَإِذَا And when
  • تُتۡلَىٰ are recited
  • عَلَيۡهِمۡ to them
  • ءَايَٰتُنَا Our Verses
  • بَيِّنَٰتٖ clear
  • قَالَ say
  • ٱلَّذِينَ those who
  • كَفَرُواْ disbelieve
  • لِلۡحَقِّ of the truth
  • لَمَّا when
  • جَآءَهُمۡ it comes to them
  • هَٰذَا This
  • سِحۡرٞ (is) a magic
  • مُّبِينٌ clear
And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who disbelieve say of the truth when it has come to them, "This is obvious magic."
And when Our signs, Al-Qur'an, are recited to them, namely, [to] the people of Mecca, being clear signs, manifest [signs] (bayyinaatin is a circumstantial qualifier), those who disbelieve, from among them, say of the truth, that is, Al-Qur'an, when it comes to them, 'This is plain sorcery!', clear and evident [sorcery].
