وَتَبَارَكَ
And blessed is
ٱلَّذِي
the One Who
لَهُۥ
to Whom
مُلۡكُ
(belongs the) dominion
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
(of) the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
and the earth
وَمَا
and whatever
بَيۡنَهُمَا
(is) between both of them
وَعِندَهُۥ
and with Him
عِلۡمُ
(is the) knowledge
ٱلسَّاعَةِ
(of) the Hour
وَإِلَيۡهِ
and to Him
تُرۡجَعُونَ
you will be returned
وَتَبَارَكَ

Translation

And blessed is He to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all between them: with Him is the Knowledge of the Hour (of Judgment): and to Him shall ye be brought back.

Tafsir

And Blessed, Magnificent, be He to Whom belongs the kingdom of the skies and the earth and all that is between them; and with Him is the knowledge of the Hour, [of] when it shall come to pass, and to Him they will [all] be returned (yurja'oona, may also be read [second person plural] turja'oona, 'you will be returned').
