Ayah

وَجَعَلُواْ
But they attribute

جُزۡءًاۚ

إِنَّ
Indeed
ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ
man
لَكَفُورٞ
surely (is) clearly ungrateful
مُّبِينٌ
surely (is) clearly ungrateful
وَجَعَلُواْ
But they attribute
لَهُۥ
to Him
مِنۡ
from
عِبَادِهِۦ
His slaves
جُزۡءًاۚ
a portion
إِنَّ
Indeed
ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ
man
لَكَفُورٞ
surely (is) clearly ungrateful
مُّبِينٌ
surely (is) clearly ungrateful

Translation

But they have attributed to Him from His servants a portion.1 Indeed, man is clearly ungrateful.
Footnotes
1 - By claiming that He (subḥānahu wa taʿālā) has a son or daughters, as it is said that a child is part of his parent. This concept is totally incompatible with Allāh's unity and exclusiveness.

Tafsir

And they assign to Him from among His own servants a part, when they say that the angels are God's daughters - for a child is a part of its parent - even though the angels are [like them] servants of His, exalted be He. Man, [such as the one] who says the above-mentioned [words], is verily a manifest ingrate, one whose ungratefulness is manifest and clear.
