وَٱلَّذِي
And the One Who
خَلَقَ
created
ٱلۡأَزۡوَٰجَ
the pairs
كُلَّهَا
all of them
وَجَعَلَ
and made
لَكُم
for you
مِّنَ
[of]
ٱلۡفُلۡكِ
the ships
وَٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ
and the cattle
مَا
what
تَرۡكَبُونَ
you ride
وَٱلَّذِي
And the One Who
خَلَقَ
created
ٱلۡأَزۡوَٰجَ
the pairs
كُلَّهَا
all of them
وَجَعَلَ
and made
لَكُم
for you
مِّنَ
[of]
ٱلۡفُلۡكِ
the ships
وَٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ
and the cattle
مَا
what
تَرۡكَبُونَ
you ride

Translation

That has created pairs in all things, and has made for you ships and cattle on which ye ride,

Tafsir

and Who created the pairs, the species, all of them, and made for you ships and cattle, such as camels, on which you ride (the referential pronoun has been omitted here for brevity; it is genitive in the case of the first, that is, feehi [sc. tarkaboona feehi, 'you ride in them'] and accusative in the case of the second [sc. tarkaboonahaa, 'you ride them']),
