فَلَا

صَرِيخَ

لَهُمۡ

يُنقَذُونَ
would be saved
وَإِن
And if
نَّشَأۡ
We will
نُغۡرِقۡهُمۡ
We could drown them
فَلَا
then not
صَرِيخَ
(would be) a responder to a cry
لَهُمۡ
for them
وَلَا
and not
هُمۡ
they
يُنقَذُونَ
would be saved

Translation

If it were Our Will, We could drown them: then would there be no helper (to hear their cry), nor could they be delivered,

Tafsir

And if We will, We drown them, despite the existence of ships [for them to ride safely in], whereat they have no one to call to, [none] to succour [them], nor are they rescued, delivered -
