Translation

Those who establish regular Prayer, and give regular Charity, and have (in their hearts) the assurance of the Hereafter.

Tafsir

who maintain the prayer (alladheena yuqeemoona'l-salaata, an explication of al-muhsineena, 'the virtuous') and pay the alms and who are certain of the Hereafter (the repetition of hum, 'they' [here translated 'who'] is for emphasis).
