ٱلْحَجّ : ٥٦

  • ٱلۡمُلۡكُ The Sovereignty
  • يَوۡمَئِذٖ (on) that Day
  • لِّلَّهِ (will be) for Allah
  • يَحۡكُمُ He will judge
  • بَيۡنَهُمۡۚ between them
  • فَٱلَّذِينَ So those who
  • ءَامَنُواْ believe
  • وَعَمِلُواْ and did
  • ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ righteous deeds
  • فِي (will be) in
  • جَنَّـٰتِ Gardens
  • ٱلنَّعِيمِ (of) Delight
[All] sovereignty that Day is for Allāh;1 He will judge between them. So they who believed and did righteous deeds will be in the Gardens of Pleasure.

1 - None will compete with Him for authority at that time.
Sovereignty on that day, namely, on the Day of Resurrection, will be God's, alone (the [sense of God's] 'consolidation' [of sovereignty on that Day] suggested by the clause renders the adverbial qualifier [yawma'idhin, 'on that day'] into [accusative] dependent status). He will judge between them, between believers and disbelievers in the way that He explains next: Then those who believed and performed righteous deeds will be in Gardens of Bliss, as a bounty from God,
