وَكَذَٰلِكَ
And thus
أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ
We sent it down
ءَايَٰتِ
(as) clear Verses
بَيِّنَٰتٖ
(as) clear Verses
وَأَنَّ
and that
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
يَهۡدِي
guides
مَن
whom
يُرِيدُ
He intends
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
And thus
أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ
We sent it down
ءَايَٰتِ
(as) clear Verses
بَيِّنَٰتٖ
(as) clear Verses
وَأَنَّ
and that
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
يَهۡدِي
guides
مَن
whom
يُرِيدُ
He intends

Translation

Thus have We sent down Clear Signs; and verily Allah doth guide whom He will!

Tafsir

signs, manifest [signs] (bayyinaat, 'clear signs', is a circumstantial qualifier) and indeed God guides whomever He desires, that he be guided (wa-anna'Llaaha yahdee man yureedu, a supplement to the [suffixed pronoun] haa', 'it', of anzalnaahu, 'We revealed it').
