Word by Word
وَمَن
But whoever
يَأۡتِهِۦ
comes to Him
مُؤۡمِنٗا
(as) a believer
قَدۡ
verily
عَمِلَ
he has done
ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ
the righteous deeds
فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
then those
لَهُمُ
for them
ٱلدَّرَجَٰتُ
(will be) the ranks
ٱلۡعُلَىٰ
[the] high
وَمَن
But whoever
يَأۡتِهِۦ
comes to Him
مُؤۡمِنٗا
(as) a believer
قَدۡ
verily
عَمِلَ
he has done
ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ
the righteous deeds
فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
then those
لَهُمُ
for them
ٱلدَّرَجَٰتُ
(will be) the ranks
ٱلۡعُلَىٰ
[the] high

Translation

But such as come to Him as Believers who have worked righteous deeds,- for them are ranks exalted,-

Tafsir

And whoever comes to Him a believer, having performed righteous deeds - the obligatory and supererogatory deeds, for such shall be the highest degrees (al-'ulaa, the plural of 'ulyaa, the feminine form of a'laa) -
