Ayah

وَنَزَعۡنَا
And We (will) remove

إِخۡوَٰنًا

عَلَىٰ

thrones
مُّتَقَٰبِلِينَ
facing each other
وَنَزَعۡنَا
And We (will) remove
مَا

صُدُورِهِم
their breasts
مِّنۡ
of
غِلٍّ
rancor
إِخۡوَٰنًا
(they will be) brothers
عَلَىٰ
on
سُرُرٖ
thrones
مُّتَقَٰبِلِينَ
facing each other

Translation

And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment,1 [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other.

Tafsir

And We remove whatever rancour, spite, may be in their breasts. As brethren (ikhwaanan is a circumstantial qualifier referring to them), [they shall recline] upon couches, facing one another (mutaqaabileen is also a circumstantial qualifier), in other words, they do not look upon each other's backs, because the couches revolve with them in them.
