وَٱمۡرَأَتُهُۥ
And his wife
حَمَّالَةَ
(the) carrier
ٱلۡحَطَبِ

Translation

And his wife [as well] - the carrier of firewood.1
Footnotes
1 - She used to put thorns in the Prophet's path and slander him (ﷺ) . The word "firewood" was used by the Arabs to allude to slander and backbiting.

Tafsir

and his wife (wa'mra'atuhu is a supplement to the person [of the verb] yaslaa, 'he will enter', separated by the clause of the direct object and its qualification) - and this was Umm Jameel - the carrier (read hammaalatu or hammaalata) of firewood, cactus and thorns which she used to fling into the path of the Prophet may peace and salutation be upon him.
