Ali-'Imran: 30

Ayah

عَمِلَتۡ

خَيۡرٖ
good
مُّحۡضَرٗا
presented
وَمَا
and what
عَمِلَتۡ
it did
مِن
of
سُوٓءٖ
evil
تَوَدُّ
it will wish
لَوۡ
[if]
أَنَّ
that
بَيۡنَهَا
between itself
وَبَيۡنَهُۥٓ
and between it (evil)
أَمَدَۢا
(was) a distance
بَعِيدٗاۗ
great
وَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ
And warns you
ٱللَّهُ
Allah
نَفۡسَهُۥۗ
(against) Himself
وَٱللَّهُ
and Allah
رَءُوفُۢ
(is) Most Kind
بِٱلۡعِبَادِ
to (His) [the] slaves

Translation

"On the Day when every soul will be confronted with all the good it has done, and all the evil it has done, it will wish there were a great distance between it and its evil. But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself. And Allah is full of kindness to those that serve Him."
