Ali-'Imran: 198

Ayah

لَٰكِنِ
But
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
ٱتَّقَوۡاْ
fear
رَبَّهُمۡ
their Lord
لَهُمۡ
for them
جَنَّـٰتٞ
(will be) Gardens
تَجۡرِي
flows
مِن
from
تَحۡتِهَا
underneath them
ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ
the rivers
خَٰلِدِينَ
will abide forever
فِيهَا
in it
نُزُلٗا
a hospitality
مِّنۡ
from
عِندِ
[near]
ٱللَّهِۗ
Allah
وَمَا
And that
عِندَ
(which is) with
ٱللَّهِ
Allah
خَيۡرٞ
(is) best
لِّلۡأَبۡرَارِ
for the righteous

Translation

On the other hand, for those who fear their Lord, are Gardens, with rivers flowing beneath; therein are they to dwell (for ever),- a gift from the presence of Allah; and that which is in the presence of Allah is the best (bliss) for the righteous.
